Wrong size or a genuine fault? Here is how we sort it out.
7-day exchange window
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can reserve the size you need before you send anything back.
Condition
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags still attached and no marks, odours or alterations. Anything that has been worn out cannot be exchanged.
Faulty items
If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We cover return delivery on confirmed faults and replace the item or refund it in full.
